iSQUARED Refill Materials – The Alternative to OEM Material

The biggest advantage for customers when choosing refill materials is still the price. Refill materials are significantly cheaper than original materials, but there are often also technical or visual advantages to the materials. At iSQUARED, we are specialized in developing high-quality and cost-effective refill materials for different 3D printer manufacturers and technologies. Based in Switzerland and Germany, we develop and produce our own iSQUARED refill materials to the highest quality standards. This allows our customers to achieve cost savings up to 30% compared to the original material, without compromising on quality. In addition, we make the best possible use of plastic-free packaging in the interests of sustainability – from the outer carton and filling material to the adhesive tape.

No worries: Despite the fact that the 3D printers of the manufacturers Stratasys and Formlabs® are “closed systems”, iSQUARED can offer the complete solution of material, packaging and chip for this and thus provide the customer with the complete solution.

FDM materials compatible with Stratasys printers

Our iSQUARED FDM Filaments can be used in all Stratasys FDM 3D printers from the HP, uPrint, Dimension and Fortus series. From ABS, ABS-CF, ABS-ESD, ASA, PC, PC-ABS to ULTEM, we develop our own cost-effective FDM materials that are comparable in their properties to the original material and which can be used without upgrades on your printer.

PolyJet materials compatible with Stratasys printers

Our iSQUARED PolyJet Resins can be used in all Stratasys PolyJet 3D printers from the Desktop, Eden, Connex, J7/J8 series to Objet1000 Plus. Our portfolio ranges from materials comparable to the Stratasys Vero family up to rubber-like materials as Agilus30, TangoPlus and support material.
